Lady Gaga Meat Dress

American pop singer Lady Gaga wore a dress made of raw beef, which was commonly referred to by the media as the meat dress.

Designed by Franc Fernandez and styled by Nicola Formichetti, the dress was condemned by animal rights groups and named by Time as the top fashion statement of 2010.

The press speculated on the originality of the meat dress idea, with comparisons made to similar images found in contemporary art and popular culture.

Architects Diller Scofidio + Renfro, for example, had designed a meat dress in 2006. As with her other dresses, it was archived, but went on display in 2011 at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame after being preserved by taxidermists as a type of jerky.

Gaga explained following the awards ceremony that the dress was a statement about one's need to fight for what one believes in, and highlighted her distaste for the US military's don't-ask-don't-tell policy.

A story of twin sisters Kimmy Go Dong Hae and Dora Go Dong Hae in their quest to find love in South Korea. Both main characters are played by multi-awarded comedy actress Eugene Domingo.

Also starring Dingdong Dantes, Ariel Ureta, Miriam Quiambao, Zanjoe Marudo, Ryan Bang and with special cameo appearances of Asia's Song Bird Regine Velasquez and Pinoy Big Brother champ Slater Young.

Written by Chris Martinez and directed by Bb. Joyce Bernal under Spring Films and Star Cinema which will hit the Philippine theaters on June 13.

Miley Cyrus is Officially Engaged to Liam Hemsworth

Well, It's official after the 3 years relationship. The teen popstar Miley Cyrus, 19, has gotten engaged to boyfriend of 3 years, Liam Hemsworth, 22!
In ‘People‘ magazine she said: “I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam.”

Hemsworth proposed to the pop star/actress on May 31st with a 3.5 carat diamond ring made by the famous jeweler Neil Lane.

Congrats Miley and Liam! Have a great life together!
